Angelo Accardi was born in Sapri, in Salerno (Italy), in 1964. During his artistic path, he keeps looking for new feelings. He started with works profoundly symbolic and characterized by the human figure. He attended the Art Accademy in Naples, but he left it after a short time later: this fact is the beginning of an artistic crisis that leads him to astractism. The 90s are his golden ages because he opens his own art studio in Sapri: he had the chance to dedicate himself to social themes and to exhibit in famous art galleries such as Rossetti and Pini in Rome, Manzoni Arte Studio in Milan and Klaus Lea in Monaco.
Among his important collections we can find "Human Collection", which represents a breakthrough in his career because leads him to a collaboration with Robert Kwon, a korean art dealer. In 2001 he collaborated with three important italian art galleries, Verrengia in Salerno, Spazio Arte in Rovereto and Battaglia in Milan with whom he made personal and collective exhibitions. It's in this period that he met Rolando Giovannini, a dealer from Florence. Giovannini made a traveling exhibition from Florence to Innsbruck, Barcelona and Budapest, in which there were fifteen Accardi artworks from the cycle “Enjoy the Silence”. He then began to collaborate with lots of art Galleries such as Galleria Italia, Arte Ferraro and Maniaci Art Gallery Milano. In 2008 his works were distributed in Italy and abroad.
