Miriam Pace

Miriam Pace was born in Catania in 1981. After she graduates from the Politecnico of Milan, she continues her studies, attending the European Institute of Design and the Fine arts Accademy of Brera.
The passion for art brings her to work since she was very young in this field, opening in 2003 her Painting Atelier in Milan.
Between 2005 and 2006 Miriam Pace moves in Cina to work as a researcher for the Politecnico and then in Casablanca to start a career as fashion designer. In 2008 she starts an postgraduate path, choosing the Master degree in Design for Plastic, while in the next years she starts her first collaboration in the Accademic world.
In 2010 she is in Abu Dabi to participate to a Governative Tender about sustainable design, and in 2011 she wins a contest the Alessio Narbone School and starts doing art's laboratory for students and parents. At the moment she is living in Sicily where she continues her artistic and creative research. During her artistic carrear Miriam Pace has exposed in several personal exhibitions:

“Impromptu” in the Residence Cresta et Duc-Courmayeur 2008
“Offline Bagdad” installation for the festival of Iraqi Cineama, held in Spazio 8, Milano, 2008
“Imago Vitae” residence Alma Mater Bologna 2001
Prizes:
“La Donna” contest organized by the municipality by Gela, 2009
“Luci d’artista” contest organized by the municipality by Caltagirone, 2010
Group Exhibitions
“Darwin Evolution” held in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caltagirone.
